I will try not to bombard you all with a ton of photographs of Jettie so I will just post a few from her announcement session and two week session. Hughes also has a few cute ones from this weekend which I am holding out for a later post. The first picture is the one we used for Jettie's baby announcement but the other 3 made it hard to choose.
2 weeks old!!
Jettie is now 2 weeks old...crazy!! She had her first official photo session yesterday so I will post some pictures later this week.
During this session the weather was a storybook fall day, just cold enough to turn the tip of your nose red but warm in the setting sun. Enjoy this beautiful family!!
It was so nice to come home and read all the great emails, comments and cards sent with your well wishes. It truly made my day!!!! And Travis wants to know how I managed to find the greatest clients?
The hospital I delivered at has a footprint wall. After hours of searching, family and friends found Hughes' so we could put Jettie’s footprint next to his.
Grandma says angels play with babies when they are sleeping which make them smile like this…

***Edit***One question people are asking is where the name Jettie came from? Jettie Mea Hughes is my Great-Grandmothers name which Hughes is named after. Travis never liked the name Jettie but after I gave the other Grandmothers name, Lula, he gave in.
We welcomed a new addition to our family yesterday and are happy to say that after a rocky start; Our beautiful little girl, Jettie, was finally ready for her first public picture.
We must rest; but as you all know; this won't be the last picture you'll see of her.
