let me tell you, after driving for over 2 hours only to arrive to a very cold morning

I worked the camera like no baby's business. Aren't my mom and dad cute too?!

Krissy, Jon and Drew, thank you so much traveling such long distance for such a cold fall day. I'm so glad you set up the session and I hope the pictures give you a small keepsake for how fast your little baby model will grow. Love!!

I'll never forget meeting Mike and Lori for the first time with Mason. They are one of those couples you fall in love with as soon as you meet them. Their fun loving and sweet energy just pours out of them.

are my two vices that make my grandma cringe but I believe they hold power to cure the cold, warm the heart and keep you young. Years from now my sweet little grand-daughter will ask...

"Grandma Clary, what keeps you so young?" "Well my dear it's nothing more than a little coffee and wine."

The truth is to all of this, it is more of the events that take place around my vices that bring my spirt up and simply make me happy.

While I plan my renew the vows attire, complete with bouquet, for our 5th wedding anniversary in Mexico this coming January.

        

OK, a girl can dream. Back to reality, I finished the menu for our non-traditional turkey and piggy dinner. I'll post more on what the whole piggy thing is about closer to Thanksgiving:O)

After taking just a few moments on Stephanie's blog, I saw what a great sense of humor, sweet heart and perfect style a wedding coordinator needs. When we met everything was confirmed. I must show you the adorable session of a day at the pumpkin farm.

Maggie and Zac did a little outfit change into their hoodies because they are "hoddie people". So you know I was "YOU ARE KIDDING!? I'm a hoodie person!" We have a kinship:o)

If a day could be made for the perfect Fall wedding weather, Trevor and Jenna got it, beautiful blue skies with puffy clouds, enough sun to take off the cool weather moving in and the colors starting to change from green to orange and yellow. I knew there would be lots of pretty details like the clips on Jenna's shoes from her grandma's collection of jewelry after shooting this wedding of sister Jamie.

Travis saw this one while I was getting the pictures ready for the blog..."I love that picture but couldn't tell you why". I think it's one of those moments, the bride getting ready in her room she grew up wondering who she would marry.

Politics is everywhere, even making its way onto my blog so if you are tried of all the politics let the cute picture distract you. I don't mind it a bit being a former Youth and Goverment participant and lover of a certain news organization. I live this stuff the 4 years between elections so you know the three-year-old boy in the house is very informed of our two candidates and knows which one he would vote for...strangely enough its not the same person Travis and I are excited to see as the next president but we still love him:O) To find out more information about November 4th voting or early voting in your state check this out.

I had to show you their gorgeous faces because that is a good place to start:o) Carmina contacted me last October with the sweetest email and I couldn't wait to finally meet her!! And Carmina's fiancee Faisal is one of the sweetest guys I have photographed. They were so nervous and excited, making me a little nervous as well to tell you the truth. But then I took the first few shots...

Yep, thats the first shots off my camera and I knew it was going to be a fabulous session!

Annie's gift to Brad was cuflinks made from old The St. Louis Cardinal's Stadium. Props to Travis for getting this one and "making the light work for YOU!!"

How amazing is this bouquet Annie's mom made?!! This was taken in the seat of a classic car they drove off in because I love the sage color and let me tell you, it was the best smelling bouquet ever with the gardenias. 

Right after the ceremony Brad and Annie rang the bells, lifting Annie right off the ground!

It makes me so happy when a couple uses their engagement pictures for save the dates, a matted frame for a guest book or make a coffee table book so I absolutely love what Annie and Brad did with theirs. They put some of their favorite pictures on these glass blocks with candles inside. Beautiful!!
